Locum Opportunities offering stipend
Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre (RVH), located in Barrie, Ontario, is currently seeking Locum Obstetrician and Gynecologists to join the Department of Obstetrics.
RVH is a state-of-the-art facility offering a wide range of medical services with plans for expansion. As the largest hospital in Simcoe-Muskoka, RVH serves a diverse population with a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care. The RVH Obstetrics and Gynecology program is a Level 2 NICU (30 weeks gestation and over) and manages over 2,000 deliveries per year.
Locum Coverage Dates Available:

May 9, May 23

June 6, June 13

July 4, July 18, July 25

August 1, August 22

September 5, September 12
In support of Locum Obstetrics, RVH is pleased to offer:

	
$1,500.00 stipend for every 24-hour on-call shift; and
	
$547.32 Hospital On-Call Coverage (HOCC) stipend for every 24-hour call shift

Please note that the total stipend of $2,047.32 applies to each of the above locum coverage dates and is in addition to any fee-for-service billing submitted.
The RVH Department of Obstetrics offers a dedicated Physician Assistant, available Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 4:00pm. The Physician Assistant works collaboratively with the Obstetrician and the clinical team to round on postpartum patients, manage triage patients and assist with C-sections.
