Geriatric Medicine Specialist
Royal Victoria Regional Health Center is currently looking for a Geriatric Medicine Specialist. The Geriatric Medicine Specialist will work as a consultant to support the inpatient consult service and the outpatient geriatric services including the Urgent Geriatrics Clinic program. The Geriatric Medicine Specialist may wish to participate in the Internal Medicine program as well. There will be plenty of interdisciplinary interactions and the opportunity to work closely with the hospitalists, surgeons, and psychiatrists.
The successful applicant will have the opportunity to build capacity by adding geriatrics expertise to the inpatient medicine teams such as consultation, team support and team education. RVH offers great potential for growth and leadership opportunities.
